ABN-Amro has the lousiest credit card service department among all the bank in singapore! take me more than a month to get my card!(citibank can get in one day.)
suggest you get an UOB card. Hee hee, u may consult me for credit card in singapore. I am a half specialist.
^o^ in my opinion (which may be bias), UOB's service is a tad worse than OCBC.
I can call the hotline, have a cup of coffee and a bun, finish reading the papers, and am still listening to "all our customer service operators are busy at the moment. your call is important to us... bla bla bla.."
but still, i have one. and the Men don't get it ;)

So, are you getting the card? Who knows it may bring you luck.
