学姐, yes it felt absolutely satisfying... hm.. but the package quite expensive. Went on a complimentary basis. A friend introduced to trial a few times. Am still thinking... Maybe next year.
Where do you go for yoga? Heard from a friend that Amore has more variety of activities eg. kickboxing, and much cheaper.
Anyway, learning french in the last 3 mths of the year, so maybe leaving it till next year to decide. :)
I was with Pure Yoga but my 2 yr contract just ended in Aug. Will wait for a while before deciding whether to renew with them or go another "cheaper" package. Migh go back to Amore where I was with for around 4,5 years before =) Yah, maybe next year too? =P And hey, maybe we both will be yoga mates!

學瑜伽有三年多了，但是身體柔軟度還是很差，還發現自己天生不能腳直。
我喜歡學瑜伽，挑戰自己的忍耐度，心靈得到平靜。
我想到的是“喜马拉雅星”。

xiuling, Hot Yoga, is yoga done in a room of around 40 degree celcius. Makes you sweat a lot. :) And it felt very good after that.
