今天整天都在下雨，尤其到了傍晚，雨势越来越大。
1820hrs，雷电交加。
带了那群不停说“怕”的小瓜到礼堂，然后扛书回办公室。
打开门，校长冲了过来，叫我去帮忙。
跑到办公室另一端，顿时呆住。
屋顶部分坍塌，水不断冲下来。
下面的办公桌、文件、电脑、作业本子全湿了。
整间办公室开始积水。
立刻脱下高跟鞋
和其他同事把可以搬走的都移开，
把所有放在地上的搬走，
找所有垃圾桶来装不断流下来的水，
拿所有拖把尝试把水扫出办公室，
然后帮那些不幸的同事收拾残局。
不知道到底发生了什么事。
听说好像是顶端水管破裂。
听说好像是某处被雷击中。
听说好像是大雨的缘故。
真是份特别的教师节礼物，
毕生难忘。

I'm beat, but I'm going to do this for you, Parv.
Something horrible happened today.
It was raining elephants, with thunder and lightning. I brought my girls to the hall for flag-lowering at about 6.20pm, and went back to the office.
I was carrying piles of books into the office when I saw Mrs B. running towards me and yelling for help. I rushed over to where Cindy's workstation is, and the entire place was flooded.
Can you imagine? Water was gushing out from the roof!
All was wet. Papers, books, laptops and everything.
We started moving all we can save to the other dryer end, and then attempted to get the water out to the corridor. We rolled up our pants, ran around barefooted, each with a broom or mop.
Many were drenched while trying to save the day.
Cindy was real upset. It happened during her observation.
Ironically, it's supposed to be OUR day.

看来，我的英文远比很多人都还差。。。
有点惭愧得不敢写下去了，
要不是因为那个××XX，我才不要写，
那么多又那么累，
要不是那个礼物，
哼！踩他都傻。。。开玩笑的。
不过如果连续这样写，我觉得会很累耶，
幸亏我是一个星期两次。。。唉。

我想，你今天真是“有幸”遇上了新加坡七大奇观之一。想起来都觉得壮观！
会累吗？当然，不是指这个奇观。
我，累了，只因为主任假期要检查作业。紧张到小五学生都看不下去，说了声：“老师，relax la...”令人汗颜吧？
不管怎样，假期快到了。如果可以，找个时间聚一下。

没关系啦，当作是运动吧，舒舒颈骨。
均，你很厉害。同一篇，用两种语言，我一定会写得迥然不同。
巧恬，就像以前那样叫我吧。无所谓。
我13日看教学，很赶。学生回来一定没有心情上课，加上那个星期学校有 arts fest，我有任务在身，学生也要表演，好像同时会有很多是一起发生。九月假期又被排满了。好多东西要买，color markers，name tags，stickers etc。刚才做梦都梦见自己准备observation 的东西。（其实也不算做梦，根本就没有睡。*sob* 我要睡觉！）
皇兄没有通知我，我怎么敢出席呢？；p
应该不行。星期五晚上有 teachers' day theme party，主题 razzle dazzle，完全没有衣服穿。整个星期根本无法去买。如果星期五再不买，真的要穿 bathing suit 了。不过让我知道时间、地点，如果可以，一定赶过去。
钪凯，是真的没关系，如果那些文件、电脑、学生的作业都不是你的话。我一边在帮他们，一边想，如果是我一定欲哭无泪。

均，今早忘了说，语文这种东西，是需要练习的。
不要觉得自己英文差，而不去用它。你可以尝试从最基本的语法方面着手，最重要的是要正确使用。
以前我的英文也很糟糕。 :)

She's alright. Everything is back to normal. Well, at least we tried.
